PRODUCT GUARENTEE & RETURN POLICY

Dependable Wheel Repair offers a limited one-year guarantee on most services provided. All guarentees are on the work performed, not the wheel it was performed on. A wheel that becomes damaged in an area different from the original repair area is not guaranteed. Only the repaired portion is guarenteed. Specific guidelines and limitations follow:

• Welded wheels that recrack at the weld location will be rewelded at no charge to customer. This does not include cracks in a different area of the wheel. Repairs exlude any other wheel or tire damages that may result due to the cracked wheel. Warranty good for one (1) year after invoicing, unless otherwise specified on invoicing. Warranty is voided if wheel is newly bent in any way.

• Straightenings will be guarenteed for 30 days. It is possible that wheels will be redamaged. It can be difficult to determine where the original bend occured, so it can be equally difficult to determine if a new bend is in the same location. This 30-day guarentee provides customer assurance that the wheel is properly straightened at the time of departure.

• Not planning to pick-up right away? Items that are not paid in full within 30-days will be charged $1.00/day per item retroactive to the original invoice date. Items not picked up within 90-days will be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover the costs of storage and repairs.
