03 / 2010 - I meant to post this review a few months ago. I was in a real jam when I hit a big rock in the road as I was moving from Washington to Virginia in a couple of weeks. The rock blew out my tire and damaged the alloy rim. The rim was a special order, but the folks at Dependable Wheel took care of me. They repaired my bent wheel in a couple of days (at a fraction of the cost of the new wheel) and installed the tires (two of them) as soon as they arrived from Tire Rack. The folks at Dependable Wheel know their business and are true professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

10 / 2009 - My experience with using Dependable was great. Mike called as soon as my tires arrived and we set the appointment for 4:45pm (I was at work) and they close at 6:00pm. Service was excellent and fast and at a reasonable price. Thanks guys for the great work and I am glad I have found a great shop to take care of all my wheel and tire needs.

05 / 2009 - Another great experience @ Dependable Tire. This is like my fifth trip (four cars) and all were good. Came in before work and was in and out in barely over an hour. Mike and Tim are a good team.

06 / 2008 - Orderly timely actually scheduled my installation and was on time. Did not keep me waiting contacted me when the tires arrived at their location. They also found a bend in my forged rim and repaired it at my request. All around a great experience

11 / 2007 - Tim Foster and Mike have been great. I've used them before but this time I had issues with wheel damage (not from here) and the company supplying new wheels was very slow, and one of the two wheels was unacceptable to use. Tim repaired one of my damaged wheels flawlessly and gave me a price break because I am a regular customer. They're the best!

08 / 2007 - This is my second set of tires from Tire Rack and I was very pleased both times with the service I received. Knowledgeable, careful, and reasonably priced.

07 / 2007 - Adequate little shop. Tim got me in the day I called and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Simple. Cheap. Quick. Just what everybody needs. I'd go back on the next set of tires.

07 / 2007 - Tim at Dependable Wheel Repair handled the installation of my new tires. He discovered and notified me of a slightly bent wheel and fixed it for $85. Balancing weights were mounted on the wheel out of sight for a better appearance. I appreciated the personalized service and expert work. I was given the BMWCCA member discount.

06 / 2007 - If you live in the Seattle, WA area, make it a point to have your tire installation done with Dependable Wheel. My car was treated with kid gloves and I was treated 1st class. My appointment was done on time. Their customer service is 1st rate and the job that was done. I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you Tim and everybody else. I will be telling my car club friends to be sure to make the trip for their install.

02 / 2007 - This is my 3rd use of this installer in the last six months (too many cars!). I arrived early for my appt. but was taken within 5 minutes. Four tires mounted and balanced took only 40 minutes! I did throw a weight from one wheel within three miles and so I called and told them I was returning, and as soon as the other customer was done the wheel was rebalanced; total extra time was about 25 minutes. Ive never lost a weight like that before and it was handled promptly with their apologies. I have recommended Dependable to several of my friends already and still will.

The shop is clean and comfortable. The guys kept me informed, and asked how I wanted things done every step of the way. I will definitely go back to Dependable Wheel Repair every time I need wheel work done.

11 / 2005 - Besides doing an excellent job at mounting & balancing the tires, Tim also found that one of my wheels was bent, and he called me and recommended straightening it. My Jeep Cherokee now rides on the interstates with no vibration! The Jeep Dealer couldn't find this problem. Bottom line - if you are anywhere close to Dependable Wheel, go there!

02 / 2005 - Outstanding! I arrived early Saturday morning and dropped my car off to replace 2 tires and repair 2 bent rims (thank you Seattle car-swallowing potholes). Not only did Tim fix my rims, but he rotated my tires... at no charge simply because it was the "right thing to do." I run an automotive machine shop and deal with shops on a daily basis -- but only rarely do I find a real commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I recommend Dependable Wheel Repair categorically and without reservation. Tim is the "go to" guy in the greater Seattle area for top notch repairs and service.

01 / 2005 - Tim is a one of those great finds in a life time. A professional who enjoys his work and proud of it. His customers come first and he will accomodate you no matter what your requirements. He's honest and ethical which just seems to be the norm, not anything he would have to think about. If there where more people like Tim, it would be a near perfect world. Sorry I don't have the prices I paid (I've got the receipt somewhere), but thought his charges where low compared to others. He even will do motorcycle tires and wheels, if thats your thing. I watched the mount/balance and was impressed with his competence (as a former service manager at a speed shop, I sometimes mounted and balanced when we were backed up, so I know GOOD when I see it). I've tried several installers before, and never was really happy until I met Tim. BTW, as soon as he heard my tires were coming from you, he emailed me his hours and phone number, and welcomed me to his shop. This is a guy I will continue to use. For a hard to please guy ... my experience with Tim Foster was an exceeds. Thanks for allowing me to comment on my good experience.
